Role Overview
Reporting to the Research Training Coordinator (Professor)
Preferred Age Group: Fresh Engineering graduates and Data Scientists, Data Analysts / recent passouts from premier Engineering Institutes/Colleges
Minimum 90% in Mathematics and Science in Class 10 or Class 12
As a Research Trainee, you will work closely with senior scientists on active AI research projects, while also receiving structured exposure to the broader startup and research ecosystem.
Core Research Work
- Hands-on AI/ML research under senior scientist mentorship
Perspective Training
In addition to core research work, trainees will receive structured exposure to:
- Setting up and running a startup
- Philosophy and psychology (as part of holistic development)
- IT skills and AI tool familiarity
- Presentation and professional grooming
Eligibility Criteria
- Academics: Minimum 90% in Mathematics and Science in Class 10 or Class 12
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience: None required — open to fresh graduates
- Mindset: Willingness to work in a high-intensity, research-driven startup environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: ₹ 20,000 ₹ 50,000 per month, based on Institute,and performance evaluation
- Statutory Benefits: Not applicable (trainee/internship engagement)
- Excellent career opportunity during and after the internship once assigned to a Funded Startup in AI / deep tech .
- The Incubation center will be investing heavily on your training and grooming

The ecosystem operates as a network connecting academic research talent with high-growth, well-funded startups, and includes an active founders' forum and incubation platform that provide mentorship, research infrastructure, and startup-building support.This role is with a research entity based in Noida that is part of this incubator network, working alongside deep-tech research startups based in Pune, Noida, Bengaluru, and Jodhpur. Several of these startups have raised significant venture funding (typically USD 10M+; the NSEZ-based entity alone has raised USD 50M).Selected candidates will undergo a one-year structured research training program, with placement into 2–3 deep-tech research startups across the incubator network. Trainees will work under the guidance of senior scientists and a Research Training Coordinator (a professor).
