Job Description
- Preparation/approval of BOQ, MTO, fabrication & shop drawings for Unitized/Semi-Unitized facade systems
- Coordination with Production & Projects teams for smooth execution
- Designing facade systems as per client requirements & budget
- Site visits for quality checks against approved designs
- Managing material logistics for project continuity
- Liaising with architects on design issues
- Monitoring design activities to meet project timelines
- Leading preliminary design proposals for tenders
- Mentoring the design team
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture
- 10 - 20 yrs experience in Facade/Fenestration Unitized, Semi-Unitized, Curtain Wall, Structural Glazing
- Strong AutoCAD & facade detailing skills
- Proven team leadership & client coordination
- Tender documentation experience
- Preferred candidate profile
