Position: Store Head
Reporting To: Plant Head
Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Commerce Graduate
Industry Preference: Sheet Metal / Furniture Manufacturing Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a young, energetic, and experienced Store Incharge who can independently handle complete store operations in a manufacturing environment. Candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, inward/outward processes, and store documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain proper inventory records and stock accuracy.
• Handle material inward, outward, MRN/GRN, issue slips, and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments.
• Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
• Maintain ERP/software entries and documentation.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Control material wastage and ensure FIFO implementation.
• Prepare daily and monthly store reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Sheet Metal or Furniture Industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and store management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage store staff.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Basic computer and ERP - MS Business Central/Navision knowledge preferred.
• Candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented.
